Working with INR

One foundation. Two ways to be a part of it.

Working with INR means working from a scientifically grounded model of human behavior, rather than relying on isolated interventions. Whether you want to build an organization or deepen your expertise, the starting point is the same. The difference lies in responsibility and scale. Build. Apply. Deepen.

Responsibility a scale
What it means

Behind virtually every organizational challenge lies behavior.

The INR Model model examines three layers: the Inner Needs that drive people’s actions, the Narrative they form about themselves by observing their own behavior, and the Reaction that results from this under pressure. Working with INR means learning to interpret those layers and work with them effectively, regardless of the path you choose.

Scientifically grounded

You work from an approach based on Self-Determination Theory and Self-Perception Theory. You can identify resistance without labeling and explore motivation without manipulating.

Applicable in any context

Leadership, team development, culture, commercial growth. The model touches upon the human dynamics underlying all these issues and is therefore broader than a single discipline.

Ethically anchored

INR operates at the individual level in a reflective manner, never judging. An organization cannot force behavior, but it can create the conditions in which it can grow from within.

Two routes, one foundation

Master Practitioner

Both work from the same behavioral architecture and the same scientific basis. The difference is not in the foundation, but in what you build and the responsibility you carry. The question is not which position is better, but which one fits your ambition.

The system builder

INR Master

Don't just apply the model, build a business around it. Your own region or domain, your own network, and direct accountability for quality, ethics, and continuity.

  • Build and manage your own region or domain
  • Is customer owner and certifies and guides Practitioners
  • Think in ten to fifteen years, not in months
  • The system, not just the application

The applications specialist

INR Practitioner

Translate the INR philosophy into what you do with clients: coaching, training, and guiding them based on behavioral architecture, embedded within a Master’s ecosystem.

  • Does the INR service apply within a certified scope?
  • Does not carry contract liability, the Master is the client owner
  • Works from the foundation without carrying the whole system
  • Has a career path that is open to Master

Not everyone has to be an architect to make an impact. A Master builds the ecosystem, a Practitioner builds impact within the ecosystem.

At a glance

The same foundation, a different role.

The distinction is best understood along a few axes. Not as a value judgment, but as a direction.

What both routes share

You don't have to start from scratch.

Anyone who wants to work on leadership, behavior, and intrinsic motivation today normally faces a huge task. A model, intellectual property, training programs, tooling, and a credible market position take years. Both routes build on a foundation that has already been developed and tested.

Fund 01

The model

A scientifically grounded model for human behavior, with training structure and certification for practitioners.

Fund 02

The infrastructure

Diagnostic tools, digital support, materials, and quality monitoring for consistent guidance.

Fund 03

The ecosystem

A network that offers reflection, support, and further development, and that is continuously being built upon.

The question, therefore, is not whether you build, but what you build on. Both routes allow you to direct energy towards growth, market, and people, rather than reinventing all the building blocks. The difference is only in the scale at which you do it.

The question isn't whether you can teach the model. The question is how far you want to build with it.

Both routes start from the same foundation and with the same scientific basis. Where one builds an organization and supports the system, the other delves deeper into the field and works from that foundation. Neither is better. They simply fit different ambitions.

A conversation about possibilities

It doesn't start with a choice. It starts with a conversation.

A serious conversation between people who are investigating whether there is a mutual match, and which route fits your ambition. Read on on the page that appeals to you most.
