Program Independence

Program independence refers to the principle that INR Model itself is not an intervention or training program, but rather an underlying architecture upon which various applications can be built.

Deepening

Many models are directly linked to a specific method, workshop, or step-by-step plan. INR stands out because the model is independent of the format in which it is applied.

The model describes how behavior arises. The programs developed based on INR are applications of this conceptual framework to practical contexts such as leadership, teams, or organizational development.

This means the model does not change when the application changes. The architecture remains the same, even if the context differs.

Program independence prevents the model from being reduced to a tool or technique.

Relationship to INR

Within the INR Model framework, program independence is a fundamental principle. The model serves as the foundation. Training courses, profiles, and pathways are applications that stem from it.

The distinction between model and application safeguards the integrity of INR and prevents the explanatory framework from being confused with an intervention method.
