INR Ethics

INR Ethics refers to the explicit boundaries that govern the use of INR Model.

It describes the conditions under which the model can be responsibly applied, so that explanation does not turn into control and insight is not used as a tool of power.

INR Ethics is not an addition to the model. It is a prerequisite for its validity.

Deepening

The INR Model focuses on meaning, protection, and basic psychological needs. That’s what makes it powerful. And that’s exactly why it requires boundaries.

INR Ethics ensures that:

Behavior is not manipulated

Narrative is not corrected as an error

Inner Needs should not be used as a bargaining chip

– Reaction is not fought but understood

Within INR, insight is never used to force behavior or compel outcomes.

As soon as the model is used instrumentally, a power imbalance arises. At that moment, the model loses its consistency.

INR Ethics explicitly states that:

Understanding before influence

Autonomy remains intact

Relational responsibility is leading.

Without this limitation, the model becomes an influence strategy. With this limitation, it remains an explanatory framework.

Relationship to INR

INR Ethics serves as the protective layer for the entire model.

It connects:

Model validity

- Relational responsibility

– Preventing instrumental use

– Preventing power imbalances

INR Ethics ensures that the model remains internally consistent with its own premise: behavior is logical within the meaning that a person experiences.

Once ethics are released, the model loses its coherence.

With ethics, it remains human-centered, consistent, and applicable regardless of context.
