Wat eerst vanzelf ging, moet nu vorm krijgen. Waar in de vorige laag iedereen overal over kon meebeslissen, ontstaat nu een kader. Voor sommigen voelt dat als duidelijkheid, voor anderen als beperking.<\/p>\n      <p>Tegelijk wordt competentie zichtbaarder, omdat rollen scherper worden, en moet verbondenheid voor het eerst expliciete aandacht krijgen. Wat in Activation vanzelf ontstond, vraagt nu om bewuste keuze.<\/p>\n      <p><strong>De drie basisbehoeften blijven dezelfde. Wat verschuift is de vorm waarin ze gevoed kunnen worden.
